At Duke's Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Duke's Gaming account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
